Angry :(

Angry is just a 5 letter word but it’s something much more harmful than a Plastic which can’t be reused or buried forever. 

When somebody doesn’t listen to you or somebody provokes you, you tend to get angry. 

When you get angry what you do your Voice raises, you throw things around you, you tear paper into pieces, You tend to use all the harsh words which u would dare never use it, you cry, Your tears roll out as if water flowing in a tap. You would feel as If You r the only person in this universe, so u can do whatever you want, or U might think why on earth nobody listen to you.

The next day when u recollects what had happened. You fell so ashamed of yourself. You would have wished “if I would have controlled MY ANGRY” Nobody would have asked me why you raised your voice, why did you mess your place and those harsh words which would have never be erased. You would have had no face to talk to the other person again. You feel sorry for yourself. 

Sorry is an easy word but it’s not the universal medicine for all problems.

Angry is such a world that can spoil any relationship if its husband / wife or Friends or roommate or colleagues or anybody. 

So what can I do when somebody provokes me?
>> Don’t take things that seriously you are the person who are going to live about then why getting ANGRY.
>> Always don’t try to immediately react on situation. Try to analyses.
>>   Try to practice a breathing exercise. It would help you when you really want to control it.
>> Try to divert the topic. Or escape from that place because that’s not the one thing which u had to do.
>> Drink a Glass full of Water.
>>Count Numbers in reverse.

Try to follow this it would help you to lead a better life rather than having a heavy feeling all the time. 

This life is one so enjoy it the most why wasting time in somebody’s problem. At the Age of 60 People should tell that “Wow that person he/she is a joy full and a happy healthy person”.
